That’s all.. For now (:
Using Internet Explorer to download Chrome is like using an ugly girl to get to her hot friend.
A serious girl, when she finds someone who calms her spirit and quiets her busy thoughts, will love you so fiercely, it will defy even her own logic and reasoning.
Thanks to Stranger Things every little girl going through Chemo has a killer costume idea this year.
“For my thoughts are not your thoughts,
neither are your ways my ways,” declares the LORD.
“As the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways and my thoughts than your thoughts.
I prayed to God and I told Him that I don’t want my friends to get expelled. I prayed for it for 3 straight nights.. But God’s answer was no. And in my heart, “WHY?” I actually lied, I told God, “I’m not gonna question you, LORD.” But I did. And I am guilty.. (LORD, SORRYY!!!)
Then after a day, God spoke to me and He gave this verse.. And I was like, “Yes, LORD.” I’ve learned that, yung mga plano na gusto natin na feeling naten na yun na yung the best pero hindi pala because only God knows what’s best for us. And si GOD lang talaga nakaka-alam ng the best dun sa mga friends ko na na-expel. Hiniyaan ni God mangyare yun kasi He has a better plan for them and God wants them to learn from their mistake..
Yes, being a Christian is indeed very hard.
It’s hard because you have to be kind to people all the time, even those people who you hate or you get annoyed at.
It’s hard because you have to obey your parents, everything they say you have to do it.
It’s hard because you have to get out of your comfort zone and you have to do something that you don’t usually do.
It’s hard because you have to obey your leaders and do everything they say and you need to submit to them at all times.
It’s hard because you need to be selfless, and not think of yourself for the sake of doing your work for Christ.
It’s hard because sometimes when we worship God with our talents we are not sure if we are really worshiping Him and sometimes we’ll end up thinking if we gave Him what’s His.
It’s hard because you have to make your testimony a good one because others are looking at you. And if you made a mistake, they will tell you that’s not how a Christian should talk or act.
It’s hard because sometimes when someone tells us to do something (whether our leaders or parents) we do it for the sake of doing it and we sometimes we do it because it is a requirement.
It’s hard because sometimes people will mock you about your faith in Jesus and your God. People will humiliate you or even say bad things about you because you’re a Christian.
It’s hard because sometimes when we pray we don’t feel God’s presence. Like He’s not there at all.
It’s hard because we need to balance our spiritual life and our secular life.
It’s hard because we have to be like Jesus Christ. Which for me, is really really hard.
I can go all night why it’s hard being a Christian, but one thing I realized while I was listing down these reasons, is that, no matter how hard it is to be a Christian, no matter how hard is to be our leaders and our parents, how hard it is to take up our cross, how hard it is to get out of our comfort zones and how hard it is to be like our Savior, He is there. Jesus is there to help.
I once agreed that it’s okay to be a robot, doing what God wants us to do without hesitations, that we should just obey him right away. But God loves us so much that He gave us free will, the power to choose between right and wrong. He lets us do whatever we want to do, say whatever we want to say and speak everything we want to speak. But in the end there’s always a consequence.
Being a Christian doesn’t mean we don’t get to experience hardships, trials, and problems. Yes, we experience those but we are not facing it alone, Jesus is with us.
Yes it is hard but in the end it will be worth it.
Don’t give up. Ask God to help you to become like Him. We fail but He never will. Trust Him with everything. And just obey, obey, obey, obey and obey Him.
Wow! You have such a talent for illustration! This could even pass for Microsoft Word clip art!
